  • Sunday Sep 25 - NTA and CalCom Board meetings and joint Board dinner

  • Monday Sep 26 - Conference golf tournament - Genoa Lakes. Other activities for non-golfers. Move-in for exhibitors. Monday night Magic Show and dinner, BLU night club night cap.

  • Tuesday Sep 27 - Conference begins, buffet breakfast, buffet lunch. Association Dinner (paid for separately). BLU Night club after party.

  • Wednesday Sep 28 - Conference continues, buffet breakfast, bloody mary bar. Conference ends at 12:00, exhibitor move-out.

There's some confusion over what to Register for, let's see if we can help:

1. The FULL REGISTRATION (Early Bird & Regular) includes TWO people at the table top and ONE person for the Tuesday Association Dinner at the Conference. If you have a collogue (or spouse) that wants to attend the Tuesday night dinner as well, then you'll need to purchase the additional TUESDAY DINNER for them.

2. TABLE TOP REGISTRATION and FULL REGISTRATION include the breakfast buffet (Tuesday and Wednesday) and the lunch buffet (Tuesday)

3. The Monday night MAGIC SHOW AND DINNER is an all inclusive meal and show AT THE MAGIC SHOW VENUE.

4. The BLU night club (in the MontBleu, right next to the conference exhibit hall) will be open to Conference attendees Monday night and Tuesday night with a cash bar for meeting with clients and mingling.

5. Sponsorships are available and I will be sending out an email next week about them

7. Make sure to enter the group ITA code above when making your room reservations.

8. If you want a 3rd person (Tabletop registration includes two people) with your tabletop registration the cost is $100. After you register, please contact Marian Loomis ( at CalCom to request a third person and she’ll create the invoice and take your payment.
