PRA Comments on New Information Collection for Robocall Violations Portal

An FCC notice was published in the Federal Register on Sept. 30, 2021, seeking Paperwork Reduction Act comments on new FCC Form 5642, which will be used by private entities to submit information via an online portal on robocall and spoofing violations, as required by the June 17, 2021 report and order.
The portal will request private entities to submit information such as the name of the reporting private entity, contact information, the caller ID information displayed, the name of the reporting private entity’s service provider and a description of the problematic calls or texts. The Enforcement Bureau will manage this portal. PRA comments are due Nov. 1, 2021.
