Thunderbird Lodge Tour

9:00 a.m.

Bus departs Harvey's from the tour bus loading area to the right of the hotel registration desk. You will pick up your box lunch at the loading area and will depart for the Thunderbird Lodge for a tour and lunch. The bus will deliver you back to the hotel by 12:30 p.m. so you can set up your exhibits if necessary.

Golf Tournament

Genoa Lake Golf Club (Lakes Course)

7:00 a.m.

Registration desk opens for the tournament. Please allow sufficient time to drive and arrive no later than 7:30 a.m. You will receive your team number and member at time of registration.

8:00 a.m.

Golf Tournament - box lunches will be provided at the turn so everyone can return to the hotel in plenty of time to setup exhibits, if necessary. Prizes will be presented at the General Session on August 21st.

Exhibitor Set Up. An Associate Member meeting will be held from 5:00-5:30 p.m. Food and bar will be open to exhibitors.
