Cancellation Policy

The Nevada Telecommunications Association agrees to the refund registration/exhibit fees, meals and events according to the following schedule.

If notice of cancellation is received:

Over 45 days prior to August 15th	100% refund
30 - 45 days prior to August 15th	50% refund
Less than 30 days prior to August 15th	0% refund

HOTEL RESERVATIONS

Hotel reservations must be made by each conferee no later than July 16, 2007. Call Harvey's convenient toll-free number at 1-800-455-4770 and ask for reservations for the Nevada Telecommunications Association Group Code S08NVTA. Room rates are $129.00 plus tax (S/D occupancy) for the Lake Tower and $109 plus tax (S/D occupancy) for the Mountain Tower. Weekend (Friday night) rates are $189 and $169, respectively. Internet access is available in both the Lake and Mountain Towers. The daily fee for Internet access is $10.95 per day. Please make arrangements for Internet access when you check in. Credit card guarantee required.

Exhibitor Showcase

Limited to the first 25 paid exhibitors!

Exhibitors must read and understand the terms and conditions of the hotel. Registration by each company assumes that the exhibitor has read and understands the terms and conditions. Please read this information provided to you on the NTA website at www.nevtelassn.org/register.htm.

Each exhibiting company pays for one (1) registration fee and one (1) exhibit fee.

Displays are limited to two representatives per table unless special arrangements are made with the NTA. Please list each participant’s name on the registration form.

Payment must accompany the application to reserve a display table.

Paying the additional electrical fees reserves tables near electrical outlets.

Tables are available on a first-come, first served basis. The Association reserves the right to assign locations as needed. Exhibit space consists of one six-foot draped table and two chairs per exhibit.

Free-standing partitions provided by the exhibitors are allowed behind the tabletop displays or you may move the table to the back of the area to place tabletop signage. Please see shipping instructions available online at www.nevtelassn.org/register.htm.

Please limit displays to literature and small pieces of equipment.

A portion of the exhibitor fee will be used to purchase raffle prizes to ensure member companies visit each exhibit. Specially designed index cards will be issued to each non-exhibiting participant to be initialed by each exhibit. Only those cards that have been signed off by each exhibitor will be eligible to win prizes.

Exhibitors are also welcome to bring their own prizes for additional exposure.
